North Florida Gator Hunts

Guided alligator hunts on the rivers, lakes, and marshes of North Florida.

Tag Holders Welcome

Drew a Florida alligator harvest permit and need a boat, gear, and somebody who knows how to get it done? That is what we do. We can provide tags or help you fill yours. We hunt Apalachicola, St. Marks, and the surrounding marshes, lakes, and rivers.

How a Gator Hunt Goes

  • Hunts run at night during Florida’s statewide alligator harvest season, mid August through the first of November.
  • We locate gators by spotlight, get a line in the animal, and work it to the boat.
  • The gator is dispatched at the boat and tagged right then.
  • We help you with getting it to a processor for the meat and hide.

More on the Gator Site

We run a site just for the gator hunting side of this — harvest units, season and permit detail, how the hunt actually goes, and photos from the boat. Have a look at North Florida Gator Hunting, or go straight to the water we hunt.

Booking

Gator hunts are a two day minimum. One night is a roll of the dice on water level, wind, and moon. Two nights lets us hunt it right and put you on the animal you came for.

We do not combine parties. Your group hunts with us and only your group.

Trophy or Meat Gator

Tell us what you are after. A first gator for the kids, meat for the freezer, or a true North Florida giant. We hunt accordingly.
